At Biodiversity Impact Plan, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund and returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must initiate the return within 180 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

    • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  2. Approval:
    • Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  3. Shipping:
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Processing:
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
